    Welcome to the Briarwood Event and Catering Inquiry portal. To ensure your event receives the meticulous attention to detail it deserves, we ask that you complete the following fields. Providing these details upfront allows our Events Manager to conduct a thorough initial review and helps us streamline the journey from your first consultation to a finalized contract. We look forward to the possibility of hosting your special occasion.

  • Initial Review

    All event inquiries are reviewed by Briarwood's Events Manager. A response will be provided within two (2) business days confirming whether the request will proceed to the planning phase or be respectfully declined with an explanation.

  • Consultation

    Approved inquiries may schedule a planning consultation through Calendly (link will be provided in inquiry response email). The initial virtual consultation is offered at no cost. Additional or in-person consultations are available for a $100 fee, payable by credit card at the time of booking.

  • Consultation, Contract & Post-Signature Policy

    Following the consultation, a formal agreement will be issued for electronic signature. Upon contract execution the event date is officially secured on Briarwood's calendar. To preserve the efficiency of our planning process, additional meetings beyond the virtual consultation, and/or revisions requested after contract execution will incur a $100 administrative fee per occurrence, charged to the card on file.

  • Base rental includes three (3) hours of room use. Each additional hour will be billed at 25% of the base rental fee. Food and beverage service for up to three (3) hours is $100 per server, with one server assigned per 20 guests. Members in good standing receive a 50% discount on room rental fees.

Freshly brewed coffee and unsweetened iced tea are included with food service at no additional charge. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are additional.

Bar Service

Briarwood offers full bar service. Beverage packages and arrangements are customized with the Events Coordinating Manager based on the event. Briarwood is a cashless facility, so beverage purchases must be paid by credit card. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

The Events Coordinating Manager will review the request and respond within two business days regarding availability and next steps.

Plan Your Event

Meet with the Events Coordinating Manager to discuss your room, menu, timeline, setup, beverages, and other event details. A deposit equal to the room rental, paid by check, is required within seven days of the initial planning meeting to secure the reservation.

Finalize Your Details

Seven days before the event, the final guest count and event details are finalized with the Lead Banquet Manager. No changes can be made after finalization

Our team takes it from there so the host can enjoy their event.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be a Briarwood member to host an event?
No. Briarwood welcomes both members and non-members to hold events.
How far in advance can I book?
Events may be booked up to one year in advance. We cannot accept new event bookings less than seven days before the requested event date.
How do I check if my date is available?
Event availability must be confirmed by the Events Coordinating Manager.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit equal to the room rental, paid by check, is required within seven days of the initial planning meeting to secure the reservation.
Can I bring outside catering or alcohol?
No. Outside catering and outside alcohol are not permitted.
Can I bring a cake?
A store-bought cake may be brought in for an additional fee. Details must be discussed with the Events Coordinating Manager.
Can dietary restrictions/allergies be accommodated?
Yes. Please discuss dietary needs with our Events Team.
Can I decorate?
Yes. Decorations are welcome within Briarwood’s guidelines. Specific restrictions should be discussed with the Events Coordinating Manager.
When can vendors/decorators arrive?
Generally, two hours before guest arrival.
Are linens provided?
Yes. Standard tablecloth and napkin colors are included. Additional colors may be available for an additional charge.
Can I bring a DJ or live entertainment?
Yes.
Is parking complimentary?
Yes.
When is the final guest count due?
Seven days before the event. At that time, event details are finalized and no further changes can be made.
Are additional charges added to food pricing?
Yes. Non-member events are subject to a 6% service charge, 18% gratuity, and applicable 6.3% sales tax. Member rates differ and can be discussed with the Events Coordinating Manager.
Can I tour the venue?
Yes. Venue tours can be scheduled with the Events Coordinating Manager.
Can Briarwood host an outdoor ceremony?
Yes. Outdoor ceremony options are available and must be discussed with the Events Coordinating Manager.

The club’s 30,000 square foot clubhouse, renovated in late 2024, hosts frequent member gatherings, dinners, and private parties and weddings for between 50 and 200. The full service restaurant & bar is open for lunch and dinner and a complete calendar of events brings our members together constantly.
